✨ Meet Mary, a Master Reiki practitioner who has been practicing for two years. She is certified in both Usui and Kundalini Reiki and is also certified in Osteophonic Tuning Fork for Pain, which she incorporates into her Reiki sessions. Her experience also includes studying in England under her aunt, an accomplished natural healer in the UK.�
🤲🏼 Mary’s approach brings together Reiki, energy work, and tuning forks to create sessions that support relaxation, balance, and overall well being.

🥘 Outside of her practice, Mary lives in Geneva with her husband, where they operate an Airbnb and offer private cooking and wine pairing classes. She is also a mom of three and a grandmother of one.

✨ Meet Kara, a licensed acupuncturist with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, where she graduated magna cm laude. She also has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and additional training in herbology, nutrition, fertility acupuncture, and pulse diagnosis.

📍 Kara’s own experience as an acupuncture patient is what led her to this work. After seeing improvements not only in her original symptoms, but in her overall energy and well being, she became fascinated by the way Chinese Medicine looks at the body and mind as a whole. She loves helping clients uncover the patterns behind what they’re experiencing and move toward a healthier, more balanced state.

🏡 Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with her three children and is currently continuing her education by working toward a Master of Nursing degree at Marquette University.
