Our caregivers are the backbone of everything we do at Amada. ❤️
We can answer the phones, build the schedules, solve problems, advocate for our clients and do all the behind-the-scenes work, but at the end of the day, our caregivers are the ones walking through the door and caring for the people and families who have put their trust in us.
It is our amazing team of caregivers who are making meals, helping someone safely through their day, listening to the same story for the tenth time, making sure meds don't get missed and neither do appointments. Our caregivers are the ones out there every day........ Making someone laugh, noticing when something just doesn’t seem right, and sometimes simply sitting beside a loved one who needs another person there.
It isn’t always easy work. Some days, it’s really hard work. But everyday our caregivers are out there making a meaningful difference.
I am incredibly grateful for the people who choose to do this work and especially proud of the caregivers who choose to work with the Amada Family 💙💜🩷
