This week's Boxer Spotlight features Robin, better known around the gym as "Early Bird!" 🌅💙

Robin joined our Rock Steady Boxing Geneva family in May, and she has been making great strides ever since!

When asked how Rock Steady Boxing has helped her, Robin shared that she is getting stronger and has noticed improvements in her balance. 💪✨ Every class is another opportunity to build strength, confidence, and resilience—and Robin continues to show up ready to put in the work.
