We offer mental health counseling services along with life coaching and career counseling services. We currently see individual clients over the age of 12yrs in person or virtual. Insurances accepted are Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Medicare, and Self Pay/Sliding Scale

We specialize in many areas including anxiety, depression, grief.

We want to shed light on a crucial, often overlooked branch of the first responder community: Veterinary Professionals.
Veterinary medicine carries an immense weight. Compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout run incredibly high in this field. They are fiercely dedicated to protecting life, often putting their own physical and mental well-being on the back burner to care for their patients.
If you are a veterinarian, vet tech, or emergency animal responder, your mental health matters just as much as the lives you work to save. Healing requires a safe space to process the unique trauma of your calling.

In my book summer has officially begun. Kids are off school, pools are open...let the heat wave begin. But a common theme I have been hearing lately is this overwhelming feeling of struggles...People reporting that they are drowning in tasks and it feels like no matter how much they get done they just can't get on top of things. And then they struggle with motivation and energy to keep going. Feeling like they are just able to accomplish the basics. So how to we get out of this endless pit?
First...write it down...seeing the tasks can feel very overwhelming, but crossing them off is a visual reminder of the progress we are actually making.
Second...Make sure you make time for yourself, remind yourself that everything doesn't need to get done right now and your wellbeing is just as important.
Third...The constant self reminder that "this too shall pass"...it feels never ending but you will get there...see if there is anything you can delegate and focus on priorities first.
