Amy will guide you through a deeply relaxing, floor-based practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for a restful night. From the comfort of your own cozy mattress, you’ll move through gentle flows, restorative poses, calming breathwork, and simple energy healing exercises. Everything will be done on the ground—no standing poses and no pressure—just a soft, supportive space.

All while enjoying a sound healing by Jenny including Tibetan bowls and Gongs.

Amy Kerman Gutzmer is a yoga and energy healing teacher with more than 16 years of experience creating welcoming spaces where women can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle and restorative yoga, breathwork, and simple energy healing exercises, she helps students feel more grounded, balanced, and deeply cared for.

For more than 15 years, I’ve loved helping people feel a little calmer, cared for and supported through yoga ♡

And somewhere along the way, I started thinking…

What if I could box up a little bit of that feeling and send it to someone’s door?

That little idea became my brand-new business, Sending You a Hug 🩵

It’s a way to help you show up for someone you love when you can’t be there in person — with a beautiful box filled with comfort, warmth and a whole lot of love.

Hugs are officially making their way out into the world now, and I’d LOVE for my yoga friends to come along for this new adventure.
