Practitioner Spotlight: Don Plano ✨

Don is a Registered Yoga Teacher offering a gentle Hatha yoga practice rooted in the Kripalu tradition. His classes are designed for individuals who want to maintain flexibility, improve balance, and support overall mobility as they age.

The class begins with warm-ups that move the spine and gently stretch the body before practicing individual poses and simple flows. Each session concludes with a supported Savasana, allowing the body and mind to fully relax and integrate the benefits of the practice!

There are several reasons why people choose to eat organic, but these are among the most common:

One of the questions I’m asked most often is "Do your hands hurt from doing massage all day?”

Short answer: Nope! 😊

Body mechanics is everything. I use my whole body — not just my hands — to deliver effective and sustainable massage therapy.

I see an average of four clients per day (sometimes more, sometimes less). So honestly...the hardest part of my job is fitting everyone in. 💜
