Facial anatomy is incredibly complex. Every person’s blood vessels, previous filler placement, and tissue planes are unique. Ultrasound allows me to look beneath the surface in real time, adding another layer of precision and safety to aesthetic treatments.

I use ultrasound to:
• Map facial vessels before injections in higher-risk areas
• Identify and assess previously placed filler, even years later
• Distinguish filler from normal anatomy or other tissue changes
• Guide dissolving filler with greater accuracy
• Evaluate lumps, bumps, or swelling after filler treatment
• Improve treatment planning for revisions and complex cases
• Perform ultrasound-guided injections when appropriate
• Guide musculoskeletal injections for greater precision in our wellness patients

Patient already had a phenomenal skincare regimen, in addition to a beautiful canvas to begin with 🥰. She was treated with neuromodulator () over a month ago- upper face, crows and jawline. Then, we introduced her to hyaluronic acid dermal filler (her first ever filler treatment!) on April 15. The “after” photos are immediately after filler. You will see some pink/red to the skin in the areas treated, due to cannula entry, precise needle work and manipulating the tissue. There is numbing medication in the filler, and patient was quite comfortable during her treatment. While you see an immediate difference from filler, it will settle in over 2 weeks.
