Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Young Adult Women (Ages 18–22)

Navigating adulthood after high school can feel overwhelming, especially when the world wasn’t built for your brain. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Unmasking Together is a weekly interpersonal process group for neurodivergent young adult women, ages 18–22, in Geneva, IL. This space is centered on real connection, identity, emotions, communication, and relationships.

This is a place where you are welcome exactly as you are!

In this group, we will:
💛 Explore identity and self-awareness
💬 Connect through shared experiences
🌱 Navigate relationships and independence
🤝 Build authentic connection at your own pace

There is a focus on ADHD, autism, and AuDHD. However you do not need to have these specific experiences to join and self-identification is welcome!

💫At the end of April, Weber Therapy & Consulting is moving!

While my practice will remain in downtown Geneva, the new location is a bigger space to support the growth of Weber Therapy and better serve my clients. There will be a dedicated therapy space and a comfortable waiting area for clients and their families.

I’m excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome you!

In the 90s I wore a pin that said “kiss me I’m Irish” ☘️ and that was my St. Patty’s Day attire. I recognize that pin is….complicated now, but my point is the simplicity of it.

Why, Why, Why are there suddenly all these expectations for this holiday? It adds to the mental load of everything we are already carrying as parents and humans.

Where are you finding connection and are you open to it?

Today on a wooded trail, I stopped to watch a small group of deer with a kind stranger. We both paused, observing them graze, eyeing us and keeping their distance.

After a few minutes, we exchanged a simple goodbye, and I continued my run.

Such a small moment, yet it carried so much connection.

Micro moments like these help regulate the nervous system and bring a sense of safety and belonging.
