Men’s Health Week begins today — and men’s mental health deserves to be part of the conversation.

Many men experience anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and suicidal thoughts, but feel pressure to “stay strong” or handle things alone. The truth is: asking for help is not weakness.

Support, treatment, and recovery are possible — and talking about mental health can save lives.
