Live Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Happy National Non-Profit Day! 💙 At Wellsential Health, our priority is to place people above profits. As the largest non-profit provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care by bed count, we are dedicated to ensuring that all Texans have access to quality care right in their communities.

Leading up to National Non-Profit Day, teams across our network are celebrating by volunteering with local organizations, giving back to the they serve. On National Parents' Day, we pay tribute to the people who have created families, fostered communities, and imparted invaluable wisdom to the next generation. Many of the patients and residents we care for represent the foundation of generations, and we take pride in supporting them. 💙
