Help us welcome Kameron Grigsby, OTD, OTR/L, to the Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy team! 👋

A Lexington native, Kameron earned both her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science and Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University. She’s especially excited to grow her skills in treating upper extremity conditions and work toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist.

Kameron’s interest in occupational therapy began with a high school internship in spinal cord injury rehabilitation, where she saw firsthand how OT can help people regain independence and return to the activities that matter most to them. She later spent several years working as a tech with Commonwealth, which helped grow her appreciation for hand therapy and the role our hands play in everyday life.

Outside of work, Kameron loves spending time outdoors, trail riding and hanging out with her puppy, Blu Berry. 🐾

We’re excited to have you back at Commonwealth in a new role, Kameron! 💙

Help us welcome Autumn Able, PT, DPT, to the Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy team! 👋

A Lawrenceburg native, Autumn earned her Exercise and Sport Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Kentucky. She brings three years of pediatric physical therapy experience and especially enjoys treating sport-related injuries, vestibular conditions and pain.

Autumn’s own experience with injuries as a soccer player helped inspire her career in physical therapy, and she loves helping patients reach their goals and get back to the activities they enjoy.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her running, drinking coffee, walking her dogs and spending time with family. ☕🐾

We’re so excited to have you on the team, Autumn! 💙

🎉 We’ve got another new face for you to meet! Please join us in welcoming Hayden Sheroan, PT, DPT, to Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy! 💙

A runner himself, Hayden’s own experiences with injury and physical therapy helped shape the kind of provider he wanted to become—one who gets to know his patients, works alongside them throughout recovery, and helps them return to the sports and activities they love.

Hayden is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a special interest in the performance side of physical therapy. Outside the clinic, he enjoys running, hunting, serving with the middle school ministry at his church, and spending time with his wife, India, their dog, Wego, and family and friends.

We’re so glad you’re here, Hayden! Help us welcome him to the Georgetown team! 👏💙

From Division I swimmer and professional athlete to physical therapist—Briggs Alexander, PT, DPT, is bringing a unique perspective to our Georgetown team! 💙

As an athlete and coach, Briggs knows firsthand the physical and mental work that goes into training, recovering from injury, and getting back to doing what you love. That experience shaped his passion for helping patients build strength, regain confidence, and realize, “I can do this again.”

Briggs is especially passionate about working with athletes and active individuals and believes great care goes beyond treating an injury, it’s about understanding the whole person and helping them feel confident in what their body can do.

We’re excited to have Briggs at Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy! Georgetown, help us give him a big welcome! 👏
