Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Spaghetti Squash — buffalo chicken dip vibes, but made into a healthier dinner! 🧡

Spaghetti squash + shredded chicken (Tori prefers chicken thighs!) + veggies + buffalo sauce, topped with ranch and blue cheese. 🤤
