The business side of businessā€¦ I have a love hate relationship with it. I wish it were as simple as doing the job and collecting payment, but, thereā€™s A LOT that goes into keeping it afloat. Iā€™m a proud receiver of a GED. I didnā€™t go to college. I have two kids that depend on me. Somehow Iā€™ve managed to build a 6 figure massage practice on my own. Iā€™m really proud of that. I love learning and I LOVE GROWTH.

My official review:

Last night was so fun! All of the guys were sweet as can be and the energy of the place was friendly. I caught a little bit of the show and WOW, they are rough on each other šŸ˜‚

This has me thinking I might want more sports massage clients because I absolutely had a blast with this body type.

I would do this again 10/10.

I accept every person who walks through my door with no judgement. My studio is a place where you can simplyā€¦be. A safe space.

But, I almost didnā€™t post this picture because my stomach has a roll in these jeans when I sit. Just typing that makes me realize how stupid it is. Iā€™m 36. Iā€™ve had two babies. I nursed both kids. My schedule is chaotic and I donā€™t have the energy to get up at 5am to work out. I also enjoy eating. I donā€™t want to restrict calories. Plus, large booties just run in my family šŸ¤£ thereā€™s literally nothing I can do about my genetics except learn to love it.

How many of you look in the mirror and spew hateful words at yourself? Accepting your body where itā€™s at can be so hard some days.

So, if youā€™re struggling with body positivity todayā€¦my advice is to eat the cake, and then take a walk. Because ~balance~ šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø
