📚🐾 Join Us for the First-Ever Stories with Scooby! 🐾📚

We're excited to invite children and families to our very first Stories with Scooby on August 19th!

Location: The Good Seed Therapies Clinic - 4853 Williams Drive Suite #107, Georgetown, TX 78633

Enjoy a special story time, a fun craft activity, and a visit from Scooby, our therapy dog. This event was created to bring families together through literacy, creativity, and meaningful connections. 💚

Whether your child loves books, enjoys hands-on activities, or simply wants to meet a friendly furry companion, we'd love for you to join us!

🌱 Another successful camp in the books! 🌱

Our Back-to-School Camp was held this week, and we had so much fun with our kiddos as they prepared for a successful school year!

Throughout the week, students worked on:
✅ Academic readiness skills
✅ Communication and language development
✅ Fine and gross motor skills
✅ Executive functioning skills, including attention, organization, self-regulation, and task completion
✅ Social communication skills such as peer interactions, turn-taking, cooperation, and problem-solving
✅ Following directions and classroom routines
✅ Flexible thinking and transitions between activities
✅ Emotional awareness and self-advocacy
✅ Toileting, hygiene, and other self-care skills
✅ Building confidence and independence in everyday routines
Beyond academics, our campers built confidence, formed meaningful connections, and practiced the independence skills that help them thrive both in school and in everyday life. Watching them learn, play, communicate, and grow alongside their peers was truly a joy!

We are so proud of all they accomplished this week and can't wait to see them shine as they head back to school. 🍎📚✨

🌟 Keep an eye on our page! We will continue offering camps throughout the school year, along with group-based therapy programs, free community events, and parent education classes. We are so excited about what's ahead and look forward to growing with our families and community.

🧸 Toy Donation Request 🧸

As we're getting closer to the start of the school year, we know many families are cleaning out playrooms and making room for new toys.

If you have any gently used toys in good condition that are no longer being used, we'd love to give them a second life at The Good Seed Therapies! We're a new pediatric therapy clinic in Georgetown and are working to build our toy collection for speech and occupational therapy sessions.

We're especially looking for: ✨ Dollhouses & accessories ✨ Character toys (Bluey, Disney, Paw Patrol, superheroes, etc.) ✨ Pretend play toys ✨ Play kitchens & food sets ✨ Trampolines ✨ Sensory toys ✨ Games & puzzles ✨ Cars, trains, Legos, and other kid favorites
