A little about Carly 🩵

Carly enjoys working with children and adolescents, young adults, new mothers, and families especially as they navigate grief, loss, and the impact of trauma. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a strong emphasis on building trust and helping clients feel truly heard. Drawing from a person-centered, existential, and cognitive/solution-focused perspectives, she helps clients make sense of their experiences, discover their strengths, and develop practical tools to support healing and growth. Carly strives to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals and families can feel empowered and move forward at their own pace, with hope and resilience.

🌱For the clients who work with Carly, we are proud to offer reduced-rate, sliding scale, & pro bono counseling services while she is under clinical supervision with Lesa Young, LPCC-S
🌱 Great option for clients without insurance or
with high deductibles
🌱 In-person appointments available, telehealth options may be possible
🌱 Carly will be available Monday & Wednesday
🌱 Currently has openings for six clients per week

Today was a bittersweet day at CPK. We celebrated our wonderful Caleb’s birthday while also saying farewell to our amazing Alison 🎂🎉✨

Alison will be transitioning away from direct therapy. Everyone who came into contact with Alison came away a better person. She is kind, understanding, and compassionate. We were lucky to have her be apart of our team for 7 years. We know she is on her way to bigger adventures. We will miss her & we wish her all the best! 🥹🫶🏻
