Hello, friends and family,

I'm thrilled to introduce myself and share the story behind American Chiropractic Clinic. My name is Dr. Audrey VanDeWalle, and I'm a second-generation chiropractor continuing my father's legacy, which originally started in Iowa and then brought to Austin the early 1980s. The office was originally known as "VanDeWalle Chiropractic." Growing up, I've witnessed the incredible impact of chiropractic care on our patients' lives, and I've had the privilege of knowing many of your families for years.

After a lifetime of being part of this remarkable practice, I embarked on a mission to expand our reach and enrich our community's well-being. I'm excited to share that we have grown by leaps and bounds. The first step was that I acquired the well established American Chiropractic Clinic-Austin business, enhancing our ability to serve you better.

I kept the name because I wanted my practices to represent the American dream of pursuing our health and happiness. To me, the name "America" represents freedom and diversity. It is a place where people from all over the world from all backgrounds and all cultures have come to find opportunity and pursue their dreams.

But I didn't stop there - I expanded our services to a second location in Georgetown, making it easier for more people to access our exceptional care. We have the best doctors and the best staff.
At American Chiropractic Clinic, we're more than just a chiropractic clinic; we're a family committed to your health and wellness. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing you with the best in chiropractic care and ensuring you feel your absolute best.

I'm eager to continue the journey started by my father, and I invite you to be a part of our extended family. With the holidays coming up soon, it's essential to be proactive with your health. It's not "normal" to get sick each year around the holidays. It's actually a sign that you've pushed your body too far!

So, how can you stay healthy and energized this holiday season? Here are five healthy habits that can help you stay on track...
