Korean shredded beef bowls 🔥 this has quickly become a weekly staple in our house that gets dinner on the table fast !!!

INGREDIENTS—
2 lb chuck roast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 k**b fresh grated garlic (mine was from the tube cause mom life)
3-5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp sriracha
1-2 tbsp sesame oil
1 pear cubed
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS—
Blend ingredients and pour onto cubed chuck roast.
Cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours and enjoy!

If you keep “starting over” every Monday, this is probably why.

For the longest time, I thought fat loss had to start with a “fresh start.”

Every Monday:
• stricter rules
• cutting out foods
• trying to be more motivated
• promising myself I’d “be good” this week

And every weekend? Starting over again.

The biggest shift wasn’t finding the perfect diet.
It was learning how to stop swinging between perfection and giving up.

The women who get the best long-term results usually aren’t doing the most extreme plan. They’re just consistent enough for long enough.

More protein.
More structure.
More realistic habits.
Less restarting.

That’s what actually works.

Weight loss has become way too complicated.

People blaming carbs.
Trying to survive on salads.
Thinking they just “need more discipline.”

Meanwhile they’re under-eating protein, skipping meals, exhausted, and stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle.

short answer: no
long answer: it depends on the person

most women don’t fail because they aren’t tracking
they struggle because they’re:
not eating enough protein
inconsistent during the week
and overcomplicating everything

tracking can be a tool—but it’s not the only way

inside coaching, we focus on building habits that actually stick (with or without tracking)

Hot take but…
Overtraining and chronic stress will stall your fat loss and muscle-building progress just as fast as not working out at all.

If you’re:
– lifting 4–5x/week
– trying to “eat clean”
– adding more cardio when progress slows
– exhausted but blaming yourself

It might not be discipline you’re lacking.
It might be recovery. And enough protein.

You don’t need to do more.
You might need to fuel more.

Strong, lean, and regulated > burnt out and inflamed.

STEW MEAT RECIPE ⬇️🥩

This recipe is a tasty switch up from traditional stew that Tyler and I have been loving. We can’t wait for yall to try it and give us a follow for more cooking videos and grass fed beef!! 🐄👩‍🍳

Ingredients—
1 lb stew meat
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeño, coined with seeds
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Chili powder
Cumin
Salt/pepper
2-3 tbsp flour, depending on gravy thickness you’d prefer
2 tbsp tomato paste
2-3 cups beef stock
