Spiral of Life Wellness was founded to highlight the significance of reconnecting with oneself, both physically and mentally. Yoga has personally helped me surmount numerous challenges. It’s been a while.. but…

‼️🥔POTATOES🥔‼️

Last year I got a couple.. this year I got several pounds! The soil in my garden is slowly improving and so are my yields! Working with hard packed clay soil and turning it into rich, fertile soil takes time, a lot of patience, effort, and COMPOST!

I didn’t have enough to spread over my whole garden, so some things did better than others, but moments like this one remind me that good things take time! Without the help of the goats and chickens my garden definitely wouldn’t have come this far! I am so excited for next year when even MORE compost is added.🤣 I can’t wait to see my garden and my gardening skills improve..slowly but surely replacing store bought food with homegrown foods💪💚🌱

Graham jr. is the sweetest lil baby there ever was!!! It’s like his dad (Graham Cracker) came back in spirit to tell us everything is ok and that he’s still with us. The resemblance and similarities between the two is just amazing. Ignore Naomi’s impatient ass in the background🤣♥️🌀💕🥰🐐
