Move it or lose it. 💪 Your spine, joints, and muscles were made for motion, not stagnation.
I’ve been running all summer, but winter is coming… which means I need to get creative to keep moving! Even small daily movement keeps your spine loose, muscles strong, and helps prevent aches later.
So, what’s YOUR go-to move to stay active even when it’s freezing outside?

“If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.”
💡 Did you know your first choice of provider can make a HUGE difference in whether you end up in surgery for back pain?
A large prospective study followed nearly 1,900 workers with occupational back injuries over three years and found some eye-opening results:
• 42.7% of those whose first visit was to a surgeon (MD) ended up having back surgery.
• In contrast, just 1.5% of those who started with a chiropractor did.
Bottom line: Every back injury deserves a thoughtful, measured approach—not a reflexive rush into the OR. Your body (and budget) might thank you. 🙌
