Reflexology: $45 for 30 minutes and $75 for 60 minutes

Sports Massage: $45 for 30 minutes and $75 for 60 minutes

Couples Massage: Prices are for 2 people - $150 for 60 minutes and $200 for 90 minutes

Pregnancy Massage: $45 for 30 minutes and $75 for 60 minutes

Reiki: $35 for 30 minutes and $60 for 60 minutes

Please join us in welcoming Nessa Sandel, LMT back to Breaktime Massage!

Nessa has previously worked with our team, and we are excited to have her return. She brings a skilled, intuitive, and compassionate approach to massage therapy, helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and feel more balanced in their bodies. Her services include deep tissue, therapeutic and Swedish massage, prenatal and postnatal care, Myofascial Release, cupping, hot stone therapy, and post-operative lymphatic drainage.

As a busy mom of three, Nessa understands the importance of self-care and creates a calm, supportive space for healing and relaxation.
