I started singing basically as soon as I could talk.

I have home videos of me singing “Waterfalls” by TLC into a wooden spoon on a stool in the kitchen at 2 1/2.

Music and singing has always brought me great joy and helped me move through the deep emotions that a Cancer Sun sign has.

In college, I failed one of my classes I was taking as a vocal performance major and I decided to change my path.

I went down the road of psychology, which became a new passion, but my time for singing and the joy it had once brought faded into the background.

It wasn’t until 10 years later after my son was born that I sought out voice lessons again to reclaim the love of singing I once had.

Coming back to my voice and finding confidence in my creativity and musicianship has allowed me to bloom into the sacred woman I am becoming.

Finding my path as a Priestess and weaving my gift of singing with my gift for holding space and people’s hands along their journey of wholeness has been the brightest light.

I have always been a multi- passioned person and creating something where healing and music meet is a dream.

This is what it looks like for me to be a Priestess. My sacred tool of the spirit drum and my voice helping you to move through your inner world, feel what needs to be felt, and release it in both pain and pleasure.

I hope my voice can do for you what music has always done for me.

I hope this circle I have created helps you to feel validated, held, seen, heard, and like you don’t have to do this work or heal the world on your own.

My altar for the Solstice Ceremony in The Living Temple . I was not able sit in ceremony live this time, however I split it over two nights to watch the replay outside on my back patio after putting my son to bed and it has been so nourishing!

I feel held and seen and like I am not alone in holding both deep grief and rage at some of the very real and hard things in my life as well as joy, love, and a fierce vision for the future!

I am leading another Holy Rage Circle on Tuesday June, 30th from 4-5:30pm PDT on Zoom!!!

We will sit at this threshold and really let ourselves feel our way to the other side, knowing you are not alone!

We all are in the in-between, holding both light and dark! It can feel exhausting! I know I feel it! 🙋‍♀️

And when we walk together through this portal, knowing we are not alone, and invite the earth and the cosmos to help carry the load - we can bring our full selves and full hearts to meet this moment with love ❤️

Lately, my internal divine feminine has been learning that instead of being saved by the wounded masculine, I can and will be held by my the feminine and masculine in my divine chosen sisters.

As women we are taught to compete with each other instead of find community.

This is not an accident.

This was the patriarchy being afraid of our collective power.

It also keeps us looking outside of ourselves for answers instead trusting our inner knowing that we are better and stronger together than alone.

Let yourself be held and witnessed.

Trust your inner knowing that this is the right space for you.

Speak your truth!

Let go and feel the grief and rage all the way.

We’ve got you!

And then let yourself lean into joy and pleasure.

Celebrate your bravery.

Together we then hold the frequency of love and light for a world that supports us instead of controls.

What if you didn’t have to hold it together?

What if you could walk into a room and lay it all down — the grief, the rage, the weight — and instead of being too much, you were finally just... enough?

Most of us were never taught how to lean on each other. We were taught to compete. To compare. To shrink so we don’t become a burden. To hold it together so we don’t scare anyone away with how much we actually feel.

And so we carry it alone. Even when we’re surrounded by other women.

Holy Rage Circle exists to break that pattern.

This is the space where you get to lay your head in your sister’s lap and fall apart completely. Where your grief is not too much. Where your rage is not too much. Where you are not too much.

Where instead of shrinking you are celebrated for taking up every bit of space you need.

Where instead of competing you are held, witnessed, and loved — exactly as you are, exactly where you are, in the fullness of everything you feel.

And then something magical happens.

When we stop performing and start feeling — really feeling — together, our frequency shifts. The room changes. And we take that collective energy and we turn it into something. We vision. We hold the frequency of the world we know is possible. We become, together, a force of love so strong it ripples out into the collective.

You were never meant to heal alone.

You were never meant to carry this alone.

You were never meant to hold back your tears, your rage, your truth to make someone else comfortable.

Come lay it down. Come be held. Come remember what it feels like to be in a room full of women who are rooting for you — fiercely, completely, without condition.

You were never meant to carry this alone. 🔥

The grief about the state of the world. The rage at what has been. The weight of feeling everything so deeply while the people around you just... don’t.

You are not too much. You are not broken. You are an awakened soul who feels it all — and that is your gift, not your burden.

The Holy Rage Circle is the space where you finally get to put it all down.

Where you are witnessed in your grief and your rage without judgment. Where you move it through your body — through sound, through movement, through tears and screaming and dancing — until something shifts. Until the heaviness alchemizes into joy. Into pleasure. The grief is real. The rage is real. And you don’t have to keep carrying it alone. 🔥

Holy Rage Circle is coming back to A Touch of Meraki in Gig Harbor on Friday May 29th from 6-8pm — and if you’ve been feeling the weight of the world with nowhere to put it, this is your invitation.

Here’s what we do together:

We open with a sharing circle where you are fully witnessed. Then we go somatic — we dance, we sing, we let the feelings move through us all the way. And then we alchemize it. We shift that energy into joy and pleasure and play. And finally we close by collectively holding the vision — each of us rooted in ourselves, casting a vision for the world we know is possible.

You walk in heavy. You walk out held, lighter, and on frequency. 🌍

You are sovereign.

Not because someone gave you permission. Not because you earned it. Not because you healed enough or worked hard enough or proved yourself worthy.

You are sovereign because you are divine.

Sovereignty means you no longer need external validation to know what’s true for you. You no longer need someone else to tell you what to do next.

You are connected below — to the earth, to the womb, to her cycles. We come from the essence of what this earth IS.

You are connected above — to the cosmos, to the heavens, to the divine.

You are connected horizontally — to all of humanity, all plants, all animals, all living things.

You are not separate. You are not small. You are not powerless.

You are a sovereign being.

And that means you get to resource yourself. You get to root into the earth. You get to beam into the cosmos. You get to draw on the POWER you have as a human being.

We no longer have to play the victim. We are not victims of our circumstances.

We are sovereign. And it’s time to remember.

No savior is coming. 🔥

We are the ones birthing New Earth from the inside out.

By going inward. Tending to our emotional bodies. Visioning and imagining and creating something new — something that pulls from what existed long before patriarchy. Getting back to the land. To community. To honoring each other and the sacredness of all life.

But we’re also in a new era of evolution we’ve never been in before. Bridging the ancient with the new. Flying the plane as we build it.

And I am looking for the like-hearted souls who want to step into that space.

The ones willing to be in the mushy gushy space of emotions together. To hold each other. To be vulnerable AND stand in sovereignty. To say no more to what has been and bring forth their creativity, their love, their vision for humanity and all beings.

I have gone through the biggest business initiations of my life in the past 6 months since being in Business Witchery.

I knew I needed a business coach that didn’t just know how to create offers and market, I wanted someone who understood my witchiness, the yin side of business, and that my business is not just to make money - its to change the world.
