Why doesn’t diet fix leaky gut?🥗
Diet reduces irritation to the gut lining, but cannot repair the barrier itself. If the lining is structurally, damaged, removing inflammatory foods only slows the assault. It does not close the gap.

From now, to the beginning of September, we’re collecting essential school supplies to help students start the year with confidence. Donations can be dropped off in our in-office collection bin during regular business hours✏️
