Welcoming the “-ber” months we’ve got a couple activities coming up we’d love to see you at.

On October 17th we’ll hold our first ever 🍁🍂Harvest Festival. It’s like a trunk or treat, without the cars. We’ll have hay bale stations for the kids to visit, tours of the funeral home, and photo opportunity to capture those precious costumes.

On December 12th we’ll hold our annual ❄️🎄holiday remembrance event with hot chocolate and the memorial ornament give away. Please submit a photo of your passed loved ones you would like to commemorate on the slide show. Email photos, with name, to: [email protected]

Rain or shine, Haven of Rest’s Memorial Day event will continue as planned. While this year’s weather may have us gathering inside the building, one thing will never change — our commitment to honoring the brave men and women who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy today.

The rain may move us indoors, but it won’t dampen the spirit of remembrance, gratitude, and community. We’ll still have the BBQ going outside and plenty of good food waiting inside.

If you were planning on joining us, please don’t change those plans because of the weather. After all, the Pacific Northwest is well known for its rain, and a little drizzle has never stopped us from coming together for something that truly matters.

We look forward to sharing this meaningful day with you as we remember, honor, and give thanks.
