👀We are looking forward to seeing everyone next week, Thursday, January 15.

Amber Enright, PT and Leah Stefani from Connections In HomeCare & Communities will be speaking on the theme "Staying Strong & Safe at Home"

🌟Amber will fucus on the importance of exercise for individuals with Parkinson's and will demonstrate simple balance and flexivility exercises, along with providing tips to help reduce fall risk and support mobility at home.

🌟Leah will be sharing education around long-term care planning, including options for aging in place versus transitioning to a senior living community when care needs change.
