Writing again.
I think a lot of healing quietly asks us to grieve the lives, identities, relationships, timelines, and versions of ourselves we thought would feel certain by now.
Sometimes growth looks less like clarity and more like learning how to hold contradiction with tenderness:āØloving your life while mourning parts youāll never live,āØfeeling genuinely happy for others while still aching,āØrealizing you belong to yourself even when it feels different than what you once imagined.
If youāve been sitting in that in-between space lately,āØI see you.
I also want to make more room on this page for poetry, storytelling, and authentic writing because creative expression has always felt deeply connected to healing for me. Sometimes art says the things insight alone cannot.
