Bridge Back To Life

I stopped keeping count of who hurt me.
Stopped giving them power over my story.
Because when I finally reached that place…
Life was not the same. It began to take a unique shape.
I had to allow the healing to begin, even if it meant
forgetting the faces of the ones who fractured me
I freed myself from a past that had no right to hold me.
A past that tried to stop my growth.
A past that taught me the hardest truth of all ,
No one is coming to save me.
I had to save myself.

So, I went searching.
Deep.
Back to the child I once was.
I found her.
I held her.
I rocked her until we both, at last ,
put our wounds to sleep.

( I did not write this) it’s just touching 💕

Sundays are for slowing down and realigning with what matters most.
Take time today to breathe deeply, express gratitude, and set gentle intentions for the week ahead.
Remember — peace doesn’t come from a perfect schedule, it comes from a grounded heart. 💛

✨ Let today be your reset.

Self-care isn’t always bubble baths and spa days — sometimes it’s choosing peace over people-pleasing, or turning off your phone for a few hours to recharge your energy.
This weekend, give yourself space to breathe, reflect, and simply be.
You deserve moments of stillness that bring you back to yourself. 🌷

✨ Protect your peace. Nurture your mind. Heal your spirit.
