We wanted to introduce Hailey our newest member of the LCDA team! Hailey another amazing dental hygienist who will work full time along with Katelin.

A little about Hailey ✨

Hailey is originally from Rigby Idaho but has lived in Arizona for the past 6 years. She earned her degree from Utah College of Dental Hygiene and has been practicing for 9 years.

Hailey is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy and confident smiles while making every visit as comfortable as possible.

Outside the office she is a busy mom of 3 who spends most of her time cheering on her kids at sporting events and dance competitions. She loves making memories with the family and has loved being part of our dental family this past month.

Took some time to get this response posted. There truly is just so much that goes into life as a business owner, patient provider, parent, and spouse.

🪥Too many things fall through the cracks when you are juggling it all. Learning how to delegate tasks is so huge to help manage your time. PRIORITIZE taking care of yourself. If your needs aren’t being met it’s very difficult to show up for your patients, your staff, and your family.

😊Truth is I feel like you’re never going to feel like you’re ready or doing an adequate job at everything you need to do. Being honest and TRANSPARENT with your business partner/spouse on what your roles are and ways that you can support them in that helps so much.

We are absolutely still trying to find our groove so if you have any tips that you’ve found helpful in practice ownership please leave them in the comments. ✨⬇️
