So much of social media is moving toward more video, more visibility, more sharing. I’ve actually felt the opposite pull. I want to bring my energy inward, write, journal, and take things deeper.

Substack has become the space where I’m sharing from that depth, especially as I move through this current period of integration.

🤔 I’ve been thinking about the difference between what is sacred to us and what we are meant to turn into our work. Sometimes the things that shape us most deeply aren’t asking to be packaged, monetized, or made into an offering. Maybe they’re simply meant to become part of who we are.

❤️‍🩹 Some of the deepest healing in my life has come from learning how to nourish myself instead of abandoning myself. My relationship with food became part of a much larger journey that eventually led me into herbalism, plant medicine, and a different relationship with my own body.

🔮 My altar time has been expanding, and I’ve started giving myself about an hour to sit there and see where my mind wants to go. I might journal, use talk-to-text to mind dump, pick up a book, contemplate an idea, or simply follow whatever thread catches my attention.

I’m really enjoying long-form writing as a way to give these thoughts somewhere to go.

Today, I found myself following the red thread into the mother line, and somewhere along the way it became a new article, Who Holds the Mother While the Mother Is Holding Everyone Else?

A WOMEN’S MEDICINE CIRCLE ✨

I feel deeply honored to be welcomed into spaces that can truly hold my energy in the way that I bring it. Spaces that invite me to stand fully in my power as priestess, working with the elements, the Archangels, and the activation of the expanded light body through the 12 Wheels of Light.

I have sat in medicine circles for many years. I have listened, observed, received, unraveled, remembered, and walked through countless initiations to arrive at this moment where I now feel called to lead.

To stand beside four beautiful women within the sacred temple we call Abundant Space feels both humbling and deeply aligned. I carry immense gratitude for every lesson, every season, every teacher, and every sister that has brought me here.

There is something powerful about being witnessed in your fullness. Not shrinking. Not hiding your medicine. Not dimming your light. Just standing fully present in the truth of who you are.

The temple doors are open. Are you ready to cross the threshold and be seen??

There’s a version of you that isn’t overwhelmed.
Not because life is perfect…
but because you’ve learned how to return to yourself.

Not everything needs to be solved.
Not everything needs to be figured out today.

Some things soften
the moment you stop gripping them so tightly.

Peace doesn’t come from escaping your life.
It comes from creating space within it
to breathe, to feel, to reset.

A candle lit with intention.
A quiet moment before the noise begins.
A pause that reminds your body it is safe.

This is how you begin again.
Not all at once… but gently, and on purpose.

This is the work of Your Living Altar.
A home that reflects you, holds you, and shapes how you live and lead.
