Hi, I’m Nurse Ann — BSN, RN, Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Nurse Injector and the owner of Tox & Tonic – Gilbert. 🤍

If you’re new here, welcome! My approach to aesthetics is simple: thoughtful treatments, honest education and natural results that help you feel more confident without changing what makes you you.

Before expanding my nursing career into aesthetics, my primary background was in hospice and end-of-life care. That experience shaped the way I care for every patient — with compassion, intention and a deep respect for the person sitting in my chair.

My background includes:

• Advanced injectables certification through the National Laser Institute
• Ongoing education and training with industry leaders, including Allergan and Galderma
• Reiki Master/Teacher with over 10 years of energy work, bringing a grounded, intuitive and whole-person approach to aesthetic care
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over a decade in healthcare
• An earlier career in personal-injury law with an Associate Degree in paralegal studies

Today, I blend science, clinical artistry, intuition and whole-person care to create personalized treatment plans that support natural, balanced results.

Do you need filler?
Maybe. Maybe not.

Filler can be beautiful when it’s used intentionally—to restore what’s been lost, create subtle balance and support your natural features.

But more filler isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes your skin needs attention first. Sometimes a biostimulator makes more sense. And sometimes… you simply don’t need anything added.

And yes, I may tell you no if I don’t think filler is the appropriate choice.

My approach will always be conservative: respect your natural anatomy, preserve what makes you look like YOU and choose the treatment that will give you the best result—not just the treatment you came in asking for.
