"Love this thing!
I bought a small one of these, decades ago from a little health spa, which I still use, to this day, for my upper back and neck! Unfortunately, I have become a bit larger than I used to be and could no longer use it properly for my mid or lower back. The larger end on this big one eliminates that issue! It is sturdy with just a bit of flex making it comfortable to use. The fact that this is not made of plastic is a huge plus! I am so pleased Back Knobbers are still being made as they are the perfect tool to be able to pinpoint knots in your back for yourself! The blessed relief these tools bring cannot be overstated! Great Product!
This tool is fantastic for self treatment of trigger points in hard to reach parts of your back, neck and shoulders. As a Chiropractor, I recommend this product to my patients. It's durable, portable, affordable and it works if you use it as directed in the beautifully designed manual that accompanies the tool. Be careful to keep an eye on family members that may forget to leave it after visiting!
