📢 Important Update for MPW & HCB Waiver Waitlists 📢

If you or a loved one is currently on the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) or Home and Community Based (HCB) Waiver waitlist, action is now required to remain on the waitlist.

Under Kentucky HB 2, individuals who wish to remain on the waitlist must submit a completed Provider Attestation Form by January 31, 2027.

⚠️ This requirement does NOT affect current waiver recipients who are already receiving services.

A woman stating her accomplishments plainly reads as "arrogant" to people who'd hear the identical sentence from a man as "confident," or just "accurate." There are decades of research on the self-promotion penalty — visible competence in women trips a "who does she think she is" reflex that men rarely set off. Ignore the haters. Own your greatness.
