💜 Meet Kristi, Our New Family Nurse Practitioner! 💜

We are excited to welcome Kristi to our team! She brings a wealth of nursing experience, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.
Originally from Custer, South Dakota, Kristi began her nursing career in 2011 as an emergency room nurse. Her journey to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner has been one of perseverance, dedication, and heart. After putting her educational goals on hold to support her family through her son’s battle with a rare cancer, Kristi continued working as a nurse while raising her family and caring for others. In September 2023, she returned to pursue her dream and proudly graduated with honors in June 2026! 🎓
With years of experience in emergency nursing and nine years of obstetrical bedside experience, Kristi brings a broad range of knowledge to her role. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients, providing education, and helping people feel informed and empowered in their health care decisions.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Kristi is excited to provide comprehensive care that supports the health and well-being of individuals throughout every stage of life. Her interests include preventive care, wellness, chronic disease management, women’s health, reproductive and sexual health, and primary care. She believes everyone deserves access to quality health care and looks forward to helping patients navigate their health needs with compassion, understanding, and support.
Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her partner, Teddric, their seven children, two grandsons, and their two dogs, Mya and Nala. Family time often means camping, hiking, and cheering loudly at her children’s sporting events! She also loves collecting butterflies and stickers, visiting NFL and MLB stadiums, and running half marathons. Next up is a trip to San Diego for another half marathon, a visit to the Golden Gate Bridge, and a special stop at the 49ers’ field! 🏃‍♀️🏈
We are thrilled to have Kristi join our team and look forward to the positive impact she will make in our community. Her dedication to patient education, preventive care, and building lasting relationships reflects our commitment to helping every patient feel heard, supported, and cared for.
