We are in search of talent... needing a front desk medical staff person who can answer the phones with kindness and grace under fire, coordinate schedules and changes, keep providers and staff informed of patient needs. Our hours are 8 to 5 M-F. Vacation time offered, unable to offer insurance. Would consider two people to share hours if we can make that work well. If you are curious about weight loss - healthy, correctly - the daily consumption of 3-5 cups of vegetables, 2 cups of fruit, 2 cups of calcium (milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, deep greens), 80 -100 ounces of protein (eggs, legumes, fish, poultry, pork, beef, wild game) daily, about a 1/4 cup of nuts (hey, peanuts are a legume, not a nut), should make up 80 - 90% of your daily food, keep the cereal, bread, rice, pasta to about 1/2c or one slice of bread - and you will build a great base to keep your body fueled full of vitamins, minerals, trace elements that it needs.

Your medical records are an essential piece of your healthcare assets. Your have a right to them, as well as a right to transfer them, keep them yourself and yes, modify incorrect statements. If you ask for a copy for your records to transfer to a new provider, or for yourself... they are yours. We personally recommend you keep a hard copy of them. Healthcare facilities frequently change owners, electronic health record vendors and the actual time required to keep them is only 10 years. We know it can be a lot of paper, scan them to a drive and they stay yours!
