Our Home Care and Hospice teams partnered together to host a Bloom Bar at Amherst Meadows in Massillon in celebration of National Nurses Week and National Nursing Home Week 💐

Staff members stopped by to create their own take-home bouquets as a small thank you for the care, compassion, and dedication they show every day. 🌷

While we were there, we also had the opportunity to connect with staff and share more about the home care and hospice services Patriot provides throughout the community. ❤️

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the people who make such a difference in the lives of others.
