I hope summer has treated you well! It has been a great first summer for Mind & Sole Mobile Massage Service.
I am happy to announce a better package from me to you- I have decreased my cost and increased your time. My new rate is $150 for 2hrs of focused therapy.
What to expect in a 2 hour focused massage therapy session?
*Are you sitting at a computer most days- I could help you regain mobility in your hands & arms, neck, shoulders and upper back. (In 2 hrs I work finger tips to finger tips)
*Athletes- increase mobility in your feet, legs and hips and psoas.
*Painful shoulder- I am prolific in decreasing pain and improving mobility. Lets get those frozen shoulders loosened so your neck has mobility again so you can do the things you love to do, painfree.
*Construction- Low back pain? Let me get your muscles in the right condition so you can work without pain.
*Having a weekend get together with your pals? I can work on 3 clients a day at your vacation rental or home. Girdwood to Eagle River

Saturdays- 10am, 12:30pm, 3pm, 5:30pm, 8pm
All sessions are 90 minutes/130$ (Anchorage $140)
Reflexology 130$
