CBT isn’t just about changing your thoughts. It’s about changing the patterns that keep you stuck. 🧠
At Cascade Counseling and Wellness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is foundational to much of the work we do because lasting change happens when we understand the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Sometimes the thought comes first.
Sometimes the behavior reinforces the feeling.
Sometimes we’ve been running the same cycle for so long that we don’t even notice it anymore.
CBT helps us slow that cycle down, get curious about what’s happening, challenge patterns that aren’t serving us, and practice new ways of responding.
And that’s where change happens—not overnight, but through small, intentional shifts that become new patterns over time.
💬 Let’s make this interactive:
What’s one thought or behavior pattern you’ve noticed yourself trying to change?
Drop it in the comments—or just comment “CBT” if you want to learn more about how this approach can support you.
