If you're already pregnant, it's not too late to find a high quality omega-3, take a look at your iron, and work on your pelvic floor - you should! But it is harder to form new habits or find the time/money while you're growing a whole new person.

If you've had your first baby and you aren't preventing pregnancy, nows probably the perfect time to start implementing the things in these slides!

It was a beautiful night to welcome a new baby ☺️

A beautiful full moon over the pasture last night shortly before I headed to a birth with the amazing Heirloom Midwifery. It was a beautiful drive through the country side. Welcome baby boy!! ❤️
