I’m back 🤗

After a much needed personal break I’m itching to get back to work! Taking some time to step back and get back to the roots of why I do what I do has given me a new found energy and purpose. I love using my gifts to guide others and I’m truly blessed with amazing clients.

The most incredible aspect of my work is watching my clients take off on their own. It’s seeing them apply what they’ve learned in our sessions to their real lives. It’s cheering then on along their journeys.

January brings us a very intense, dark, strange energy. There will be so much necessary release of things that no longer serve our greater good. We will encounter powerful tower moments and ego shaking conflicts. There is the feeling of searching and seeking for the bigger picture, the bottom line of truth, the path that speaks to our souls. This work is hard, it can be scary and intimidating.

You do not, I repeat YOU DO NOT need to go through this time alone. Our guides, the angels, Gods and Goddesses are chomping at the bit to jump in and help us through this. They have been very loud and very clear that I must exercise my gifts and provide comfort, clarity and guidance for the world. I am ready to walk each and every one of you through this murky time. 2020 is fast, big, bold, and unbelievably abundant. While researching how and when to prune my peony bush this morning I had an 🌟aha🌟 message from spirit that I must share.

🌟How you release is up to you🌟

🌟 You do not have to trim the stems at all, they will die and you’ll throw them out next season. If you do not release the things that are no longer serving your greater good you will still continue to grow. The growth will be limited as there will limited space for it to squeeze in.

🌟Cutting the growth at the root of the stem releases everything, all that you have learned and all the growth you have shared. You can start fresh, relearn an entire lesson.

🌟Cutting the growth above a fresh new bud, the healthy part of stem, leaves the stem filled with what was learned and shared allowing new growth on the same stem

💖 Be gentle with yourself and the things you release💖

Tonight I had the privilege of channeling for someone I have looked up to since I was 4 years old. It wasn’t our first session but this one was special. I was so dialed in and her messages from spirit were so clear! It’s sessions like these that give me the validation that this is my purpose, this is my light 🌟My clients are amazing and so is Spirit for guiding me so brightly! The 31st of March FULL MOON IN LIBRA is an extremely difficult Full Moon that will test our relationships and our ability to handle pent up emotions. Tension, pressure, frustration and anger is building up during this most difficult of Moons.

Wow guys!!! This ascension wave is a BIG one! Along with 2 plants in retrograde in 2 different signs... YIKES!

Things you might be feeling during this shift!

Headaches, stomach gurgling and/or nausea, fuzzy concentration, sinus pressure, blurred vision, general exhaustion/tiredness, experiencing very heavy sleep, agitated or sad for no apparent reason, unexplained crying or weeping.

All of those are ascension symptoms. Don’t worry, it is completely normal!

What can you do to help ease these symptoms? First and foremost REST!

Drink plenty of water, eat foods that sound good to you (it’s like comfort food for your body during a time a chaos), take as many Epsom salt baths/ or showers as you can, get extra sleep, start listening to a short guided meditation on you tube (message me if you need help finding one), take 3-5 minutes to simply be still and do absolutely nothing. No thinking. No moving. Nothing. Morning and night!

Something else that will be very important in assisting you with this process is asking universe to help filter these waves in order for you to receive them in the easiest and least noticeable way possible to aid your great good.
