Desiray’s journey is a true example of hard work, dedication, and growth. She began her career at Barren County Nursing and Rehabilitation as a CNA, and through her commitment, perseverance, and passion for serving others, she has continued to grow within our organization into a leadership role.

She leads with compassion, displays outstanding teamwork, and is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever she is asked. Her willingness to support others and go above and beyond helps create the family-like culture we are so proud of at BCNR.
