It’s in the moments of stillness that one is offered the opportunity to truly connect deeply within.

When granted, the abundance can be felt, seen, and understood. Thoughts may swirl, past and present memories flash by, and dreams of what could be. These are the moments that I bring to each sound journey and guided meditation.

These moments can always be created on one’s own, but if you ever need a guide, I will be by your side.

Affirmations are a great way to begin or continue nourishing and filling up your own cup. A soul glow is one that shines in every season, any trial, any tribulation.

Happy Earth Day!!! Those who know me, know where to find me 🥹😂🫰🏾

Many of you know that my daily routine involves spending time 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 nature. This is the loving reminder to myself that all creatures and nourishment come from Mother Earth 🌎 I intend to spend time sharing my gratitude to her and all of God’s creations.
