7 years of purpose. 7 years of showing up. 🤍

I started this doula business in 2019 with passion… and I’ve kept it alive through a global pandemic, life’s highest highs and lowest lows, and a journey that completely reshaped me.

I’ve navigated illness that changed my life, experienced loss, found love, became a wife, and fought my way through recovery. I graduated college, worked full time, showed up when I was exhausted, when I was happy, when I was hurting.

I’ve hired apprentices, lost money, learned hard lessons… and still chose to keep going. I even stepped into my next calling—beginning my journey to becoming a midwife.

This isn’t just a business. This is my passion. My purpose. My calling.

I’m proud of myself for making it this far… but I know my work is nowhere near done. ✨

Super excited to have the opportunity to present alongside local, state, and federal dignitaries, as well as nonprofit, philanthropic, and private-sector leaders dedicated to advancing community-based care. The topic our presentation will encompass how Doulas & Midwives differ, common misconceptions, and how although the two roles are different, the importance of coexisting in the birth space is pivotal for the advancement of systemic change.
