“How Do I Know If It’s Working?” Practical Post

“I’m willing to try energy medicine… but how will I know if it’s actually doing anything?”

Physical signs:

Years of doing this work have shown me that fear is not the failure point in healing.

The problem begins when fear becomes the whole field. Then the person is no longer experiencing fear. They are organized around it.
That distinction matters.

In the Bengston Method, strong emotion is not treated as something that must be removed before healing can occur. Fear, anger, grief, and terror are not proof that you are doing something wrong.

They are part of the living field you bring into the practice.

Years of doing this work have shown me that people get into trouble when they start trying to control a healing practice.

They monitor it.
They force it.
They try to achieve the right state.
The practice becomes something to manage.

What interests me is that healing seems to respond better to participation than control.

One of the first things I tell people when their pet is diagnosed with cancer:

Your animal will receive healing from Source, not from your ego, your willpower, or your “specialness.”
