Anxiety does not relieve tomorrow's problems. It makes today a struggle but does not change tomorrow. So lets choose to take our breaks and not allow anxiety to rule our day. Lets choose to break things down and to take small steps but to not stop. Stopping lets anxiety win. We don't let anxiety control us. We control our anxiety!

Sometimes other people will not understand your journey. That is okay. It is not about them. This is about you bettering yourself so that you can be happy and healthy. People will either accept the transformation or they can stand to the side. Don't let other people tell you when your journey is over. Keep moving. The sky's the limit

Mental health is a journey not a destination. It requires work and dedication. It requires the want to work on yourself and the time to give yourself what you truly need. Working on yourself is never selfish. Taking time for yourself is never a negative, but rather a positive that we are making ourselves better not only for ourselves but for everyone we interact with as well.

Mental health should be just as much of a priority as physical health. Often times if your mental health is not dealt with it can affect your physical health and vice versa. It's Thanksgiving Week! Let's be thankful and grateful for everything that we have. Even if things may be a little tough or things may not look great, i often find there are things to be thankful for even in the smallest details. Take a step back and take a look you will be surprised what you find
