Well, it's official. After 7 years in Wheaton, I have moved my practice back to Glen Ellyn. My new office location is on the Northwest corner of Roosevelt rd and Rt. 53. Address is 800 Roosevelt rd, building A, ste 14. I still offer treatment, 2nd opinions and healh advice, as well as advocate for patients about surgical procedures. Im a Blue cross PPO and Medicare provider. Most insurance accepted. 630. 469-4422
