Growing up with multiple food allergies I learned how to read a nutrition label pretty fast. I always picked the Kit-Kats while I gave all the Reese’s Cups and peanut m&m’s to my little brother.
I was lucky that I could still have most milk chocolates — 1 in 13 kids aren’t that lucky
