Often in breast surgically oncology, we have to perform a sentinel lymph node biopsy for surgical staging. In order for me to find the sentinel node, I will use dual tracer. My dual tracers include technetium and Isosulfan blue.

The biggest risk factors for developing breast cancer are being female and aging…both which are out of our control. However, you can decided what you put into your body and what you do with your body.

Moderate exercise 5 times a week, 30 mins at a time has been proven to decrease a person’s lifetime breast cancer risk. My advice to patients, the best exercise is the one that you can do consistently.
