Throwback Thursday ✨

This picture is about 27 years old… give or take. A Bacardi commercial shoot when I was 15 years old and definitely not old enough to drink 😂 I look like a baby 🥲

But what a fun day it was. Dressed to party, dancing through the entire shoot, music blasting, endless energy (sigh😅). It felt so glamorous at the time…

Time really does fly. Grateful for every version of myself along the way. 🤍

There is nothing more meaningful to me than knowing my patients felt truly cared for every step of the way.

From the first consultation to surgery and recovery, my goal is always to make patients feel heard, informed, comfortable, and supported. Plastic surgery can feel vulnerable and overwhelming, and creating a compassionate, welcoming environment matters just as much as the surgical result itself.

I am so grateful for kind words like these and incredibly thankful for my amazing office manager Jacky, who helps make every patient experience feel personal and warm from the moment they contact our office. 🤍

Thank you for trusting us with your care. Reviews like this remind me why I love what I do every single day.

Take me back on vacation mode ☀️

There is something so beautiful about watching the world through the eyes of a toddler. The innocence, the pure joy, the excitement over the simplest things — sunshine on their face, hours spent in the pool, endless laughter, no schedule, no stress, just living fully in the moment.

As adults, we spend so much time rushing, planning, worrying, and forgetting how little it actually takes to feel happy.

More sun, more pool time, more memories, less rushing 🤍

Sometimes breast reduction surgery is not truly “one and done.”

I see so many women who went through a first breast reduction elsewhere and still don’t feel comfortable or confident in their results. Breasts can still feel too large, droopy, square, heavy, or simply not proportional to the body they envisioned. And that feeling is valid.

Revision breast reduction surgery can make a huge difference — even when the amount of tissue removed is relatively small. This beautiful patient only had about 300g removed during her second reduction, but the transformation was dramatic. We took her from drooping, boxy breasts to smaller, perkier, rounder breasts that finally matched her goal: a natural small C cup.

Breast surgery is not just about removing tissue. It is about shape, proportion, balance, and understanding aesthetic breast design. Becoming known as a breast reduction expert has been incredibly rewarding because I truly love helping women finally achieve the result they hoped for all along.

And yes — details matter. Experience matters. Technique matters. 🤍

One of my favorite easy skincare finds lately? The RoC Derm Correxion Retinol Stick ✨

I LOVE it! So easy and nice to apply… For a small price tag!

Retinol can feel intimidating, but this product makes it simple, convenient, and easy to use consistently. I especially love targeted skincare for the areas that tend to show aging first — around the eyes, forehead, smile lines, and neck.

The key with skincare is consistency, not perfection. Small daily habits really do add up over time. And as always, sunscreen every single day is still the best anti-aging product we have ☀️

Just got back from The Aesthetic Meeting — truly the best aesthetic plastic surgery meeting in the country. It brings together board-certified plastic surgeons from across the U.S. and around the world (along with their incredible staff) to learn the newest surgical techniques, innovations, and the ever-evolving business side of medicine.

I could not stop taking notes. It was inspiring, motivating, and honestly a little intimidating at times — thousands of people is a lot for an introvert like me 😅 — but being surrounded by so many talented, passionate surgeons reminded me how much I love this field and how important it is to keep learning and growing.

One of the best parts was reconnecting with old friends and colleagues who understand this unique journey.

Overall, such a huge success, and I’m so excited to bring everything I learned back to my patients and my practice. Always striving to get better. ✨

“Nothing will work unless you do.” — Maya Angelou

Is there a quote truer than this one?!?

Heading home from an incredible plastic surgery meeting feeling inspired, energized, and full of ideas for my patients and my practice.

The to-do list is long... Building something meaningful takes work — not just talent or vision, but consistency, resilience, sacrifice, and showing up every single day even when you’re exhausted.

Nobody cares as much as you do, and over time, that shows in everything you build.

So I’m tackling it the same way I always do: one patient, one goal, one task at a time. 🤍

Excited for what’s ahead.

😊

Yesterday was Mother’s Day 💐… but if we are being honest, one day could never possibly cover it all.

Mothers show up **every single day of the year**. No clocking out. No real breaks. Days, nights, early mornings, middle-of-the-night worries, endless to-do lists, remembering everyone’s schedules, making sure everyone is okay, fed, loved, supported, and somehow still holding everything together.

The invisible work. The emotional load. The worrying. The planning. The caregiving. The unconditional love.

Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, rewarding, overwhelming, magical, and relentless all at once.

So yes, flowers and brunch are lovely 🌸… but appreciation for mothers should never be reserved for one Sunday in May. It should be a daily thing.

To all the moms out there doing a million things behind the scenes while making it look effortless—seen or unseen—you are doing more than you know. ❤️

Reviews like this mean more than I can put into words. Surgery is never just about the procedure—it’s about trust, connection, and making sure every patient feels heard, safe, and cared for every step of the way.

I’m so grateful for patients who share their experience and allow others to feel more confident taking that first step. And even more grateful to be part of their journey.
