Please join us in congratulating Kari W., our May Employee Spotlight recipient!
Kari serves as our Ward Clerk and Nursing Scheduler, and she consistently goes above and beyond in her role. In addition to managing the often-challenging task of scheduling for the nursing department, Kari is always willing to step in wherever needed. Whether it's helping transport residents to appointments or filling in as a Medication Aide, she demonstrates incredible flexibility and dedication to our residents and team.
Scheduling is no easy job, but Kari approaches every challenge with persistence, determination, and a positive attitude. We truly appreciate her willingness to adapt, and ensure things run smoothly each day.

Congratulations to Emily S., our June Employee Spotlight recipient!
Emily serves in several key leadership roles at Marian Manor HealthCare Center, including Assistant Director of Nursing, Infection Control Nurse, and leader of our Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program.
Emily recently achieved her LTC-CIP (Long-Term Care Certified Infection Preventionist) Certification in June, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and ongoing professional growth. Through her infection prevention efforts and leadership of our QAPI program, Emily plays a vital role in ensuring we continually focus on quality measures, resident safety, and the highest standards of care.
Her dedication, knowledge, and passion for quality improvement help make Marian Manor a better place for our residents, families, and staff every day.
