Some of the most meaningful friendships we have the privilege of witnessing are formed right here in our communities.
Residents who sit together at every meal. Friends who hold hands on the way to activities. Familiar faces that bring
comfort and joy in an instant.
Memory care does not take away the ability to connect. In many ways, it reminds us just how powerful those connections

These two right here? This is what caring actually looks like. It's the little moments. Holding a hand. Sharing a laugh. Sitting with someone when words aren't needed. Our team shows up every single day with this kind of love, and we don't take a second of it for granted.

National Garden Exercise Day was a great success! 🌼🌱

Some of our residents got their workout in by digging into the dirt, pulling weeds, and watering the plants.

Now, if you think watering is an easy job, you haven't seen how we do it! Our residents had to walk to the sink, fill up their watering containers, head back outside, and repeat the process 3–4 times. Talk about a workout!

Their hard work is helping keep our garden looking beautiful, and we're proud of the dedication they showed today.

⚾️ WOW Moment for Our Residents! ⚾️

Today, our residents were excited to head out to the ballpark to watch the Milwaukee Brewers take on the San Diego Padres! We all geared up in our Brewers attire and proudly showed our team spirit before heading to the game. 💙💛⚾

It was a beautiful day for baseball, and no trip to the game would be complete without enjoying brats, hot dogs, and popcorn. 🌭🍿

The excitement was contagious when the Brewers hit a home run! 🎉 We had fantastic seats with an incredible view of the field, and the added bonus of being comfortably shaded kept everyone cool and able to enjoy the game despite the hot, sunny weather.

Even though our team was down by quite a bit, being at the ballpark was what truly mattered. For many of our residents, the experience brought back wonderful memories of attending games in their younger years. Seeing them smile, laugh, cheer, and simply soak in the moment made the day extra special.

Creating opportunities like this reminds us that some of life's best moments come from sharing experiences, making memories, and enjoying time together.

Our residents stayed busy creating gorgeous flower arrangements and adding their own special touch by making fun jewelry pendants for the flower pots. Thank you to everyone who attended our 7-Year Anniversary Celebration at Silverado North Shore!

Our theme was “Lucky Number 7,” so of course we turned the day into an exciting Casino Event — and what a fun celebration it was! Our Directors took the lead on organizing the games, food, prizes, and overall experience so our associates, residents, families, and guests could relax, have fun, and enjoy an unforgettable afternoon together.

Guests tried their luck at Black Jack, Roulette, the Lucky Number 7 Dice Game, and Match the Cards while enjoying a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and excitement. Everyone received a stack of casino chips, delicious appetizers, and some mighty fine-looking drinks that made the celebration even more special. From lollipop drumsticks to queso and many other tasty treats, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

A special thank you to VITAS Healthcare, Brighton Hospice, and Amedisys for the thoughtful baskets donated for our raffle drawings. Your generosity helped make the event even more memorable for our residents and guests.

The entire community was filled with energy, smiles, and celebration — truly a happening place to be! Thank you again to everyone who helped make our 7-year anniversary such a wonderful success.

At Silverado, the best part of a backyard cookout isn't really the burgers. It's the people gathered around the grill, the stories swapped between bites, and the laughter that fills the afternoon.
