May is Melanoma Awareness Month, and this is one of those conversations that matters beyond just skincare. ❤️

I am way more serious about my skin health now than I've ever been in my life. 🌟

I didn't always wash my face before bed.

I just started using retinol in 2025.

I haven't always done microcurrent to help reduce the fine lines and wrinkles.

I haven't always used good skin care.

I've only been an Aesthetician since 2019.

I feel like my skin is healthier and better now than 10 years ago.

I have my moments and times when I'm more consistent than others. I don't use my LED light consistently. And I don't do microcurrent consistently. Maybe a couple times a month.

But... I am consistent, daily, with my home care. My solid core 4 - cleanser, serum, moisturizer and SPF. That makes the biggest difference! ❤️

Skincare doesn't need to be complicated.
